About McKenzie Martin
After completing my undergraduate career at Loyola Marymount University, I moved to New York where I currently work as an Analyst in Pfizer\'s Strategy & Consulting department. Within my department, we aim to lead holistic business strategies that enable purpose-driven growth and groundbreaking innovation. In my role, I collaborate with my team to drive strategic planning and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, and foster growth within our innovative portfolio. Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am deeply committed to advancing social justice initiatives that provide lasting impacts to marginalized communities. At Pfizer, I lead our Black Emerging Talent community - a network of early talent colleagues part of our Global Black Community. My core remit is developing and implementing a strategic plan that offers colleagues skill development resources, mentorship opportunities, and a place to build a strong network to ensure they are adequately prepared for success within the company. Additionally, I serve on the Net Impact Service Corp Committee, providing pro-bono consulting resources to local New York organizations in need of support. Ultimately, my career ambitions are driven by a strong desire to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to societal advancement and the promotion of social good.
