In my current role, I work as an analyst within the IT department that designs and plans client-requested reporting and data enhancements, changes, and new features based on approved business requirements. My current role includes maintaining analytical tools, building & maintaining data models and connecting our business users from various departments (marketing, supply chain management, finance, operations and customer success management) with the data they require from various data storage environments (ERPs including Baan, CRM, Dynamics AX and Peoplesoft), in order to operate most efficiently.I map data inputs from various sources into a data warehouse to increase reporting efficiency within the company. I also build Excel and Power BI reports to provide our clients with the information they may request.I have over 10 years of experience working as an analyst within IT data teams, CPG field support teams, consumer sales reporting teams and operations/billing teams. Every position I\'ve held has allowed me to be a part of and maintain some aspect of one of the SDLC methodologies that exist, but most frequently I found myself within an organization that heavily worked with iterative SDLC methodologies. Naturally, business analysis roles required different approaches than systems analysis or data analysis roles.I have pursued and successfully achieved my CAPM certification, with an Above Target proficiency at the time of taking the exam and am familiar with many aspects of project management that help me perform even better in my role as an analyst.I am bilingual in English (native, fluent proficiency) and French (moderate proficiency).Technical competencies include data analytics, T-SQL, MSSQL server, report building, designing dashboards, SSIS, Power BI
