   Insperity is a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) that provides human resources and administrative services (payroll and benefits) to small and medium size businesses. I hold a book of about 90 clients and manage their needs on a day to day basis, create HR Infrastructure, and provide guidance on HR issues, employee relations, and compliance. Implement programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved communications and identify best HR practices for my clients. These include, but are not limited to, handbooks, job descriptions, performance management programs, compensation plans, hiring processes, employee counseling and terminations. Consult and proactively follow up/review with clients to develop, implement and monitor human resource performance management items. Consult with clients, provide guidance and facilitate liability management training and service focusing on liability management; including performance management review, referrals to internal support groups, employee counseling, policy development and administration, terminations, reduction in force/layoff. Develop, facilitate and manage client business strategy commitments and maintain relationship with clients.
