As a Corporate Environmental Manager at Stratas Foods, I lead enterprise-wide environmental and sustainability initiatives with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, operational performance, and long-term impact. I specialize in developing and implementing environmental standards, policies, and data-driven strategies that establish baselines, drive accountability, and enable measurable progress toward sustainability goals.With a well-rounded background across environmental health, safety (EHS), compliance, and project management, I bring a practical, execution-focused approach to managing complex programs and cross-functional initiatives. I have successfully led and supported projects ranging from environmental system upgrades and waste reduction initiatives to multi-site compliance programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and regulatory requirements.My experience includes extensive work with EPA and OSHA regulations, as well as ISO standards, where I have supported compliance efforts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities. I am adept at translating regulatory requirements into actionable processes, helping organizations maintain compliance while improving operational efficiency and reducing risk.Prior to my current role, I served as an HSE Coordinator and an Environmental Health & Safety Manager, and spent five years as a Regional Safety & Compliance Engineer supporting facilities in Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Portland. These roles strengthened my ability to manage diverse operations, lead site-level initiatives, and drive consistent compliance across geographically dispersed teams.I am deeply committed to fostering a culture of compliance and environmental responsibility through employee engagement, training, and cross-functional collaboration. I hold certifications in OSHA 10-hour training, hazardous waste management and transportation, fall protection (Competent Person), and SafeTrack training. I am also an active member of the National Association of Environmental Professionals and regularly participate in industry forums such as GEMI to stay aligned with evolving best practices.Academically, I hold a B.S. in Environmental Health Science and a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning & Management. I am currently expanding my expertise in project management. I am passionate about helping organizations navigate regulatory complexity while advancing meaningful sustainability outcomes that align environmental responsibility with strong business performance.
