As the sole operational employee responsible for the People Operations function, I report directly to the Chief People Officer, and possess a deep understanding of the needs of both our organization and our employees. My responsibilities in People Operations range from payroll and benefits to compensation, onboarding, terminations, and compliance. Ensuring that our employees are well-supported and that our operations run smoothly is my top priority. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our employees and am always looking for new ways to improve our processes and streamline our operations. Despite the many challenges that come with being the sole HR practitioner, I thrive on the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our employees. In addition to an HR degree, I have a degree in Marketing. I enjoy incorporating data and numbers to help drive our decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement. By analyzing key metrics and trends, I can provide critical insights that help us make informed decisions about our people management strategies. In addition to my professional pursuits, I consider myself a lifelong athlete by remaining active and pursuing my passion for soccer. Currently, I play in a semi-professional league, and I coach youth competitive soccer. I thrive in team environments and welcome competition and challenges.
