ABOUT MCKENNA HILLSDON-SMITH

I’m the type of person who is self-motivated and determined to find the best outcome to any problem. Learning new information to solve problems is very rewarding to me, so I like to spend time asking questions of individuals that pertain to their interests and values. When working collaboratively, I find it incredibly important to reassure people and communicate with them the importance of their contributions to projects. I find that keeping on a structured schedule is very beneficial to the progress and organization to any endeavor, and that spending time establishing this is important to find success.Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment where people work collaboratively, have open minds, and when everyone respects each other’s opinions regardless of age or educational prowess. I work best when I can create a plan and know that people will follow the plan, barring any deviations in schedule. I prefer when everyone in a team is uplifting and encourages growth of each member.
