About McKenna Podracky
I am a 4th year Industrial & Systems Engineering student at The Ohio State University pursuing a minor in Business. I am a very motivated and committed individual with a strong work ethic and a desire for continuous improvement and personal growth. As a member of Mount Leadership Society Scholars Program at Ohio State, I have gained extensive leadership training and community service opportunities which have developed my interpersonal and time management skills among many others. I spent the past two summers working in supply chain and logistics. As I am looking for further opportunities to utilize my problem-solving and analytical skills in order to compliment the contributions of my team members and contribute to innovation and positive change within my industry I am excited to be moving into the manufacturing and engineering space as an intern for General Mills this upcoming summer 2024.
