Recruit, interview, and source talent for all hourly positions.• Onboard new employees and verify I-9s through HireRight.• Conduct drug screenings and background checks on candidates.• Lead and coordinate orientation for hourly employees, presenting information on company benefits, policies, and history.• Provide ongoing support for employee inquiries related to Ceridian Dayforce, benefit enrollment, PTO requests, pay statements, and confidential information.• Act as a resource for employees to resolve problems and ensure positive employee relations. • Research, plan, and execute employee engagement activities and events.• Responsible for properly utilizing the HRIS systems Dayforce, TalentLMS, and HireRight.
