Spearheading athlete outreach and direct sales efforts to recruit participants for ASFL\'s flagship event, The Gauntlet, a 24-hour basketball fundraiser supporting brain cancer research.* Assisting in event planning and execution, from logistics to marketing strategy development.* Leading communication with potential partners, including cold outreach, follow-up emails, and partnership planning.* Collaborating with a team of interns to design and implement creative marketing campaigns across social media platforms.* Designing graphics and promotional content using Canva, and contributing to the visual identity of ongoing campaigns.* Supporting strategic planning by working in Google Sheets and Excel to manage databases, schedules, and performance tracking.* Participating in business meetings and partnership calls, gaining exposure to nonprofit operations and high-level decision-making.* Contributing to ASFL’s mission of using sports as a vehicle for social impact and community engagement.
