I hold a degree in Marketing and Communications from East Tennessee State University (Dec 2023), where I developed expertise in content marketing, organizational communication, and strategic marketing initiatives.Currently, I serve as a Specialist in Customer and Stakeholder Relations at the Tennessee Valley Authority.
