I serve customers drinks and food. I am responsible for bussing tables, doing prep work, and restocking ice and supplies. I get to make drinks and assemble food baskets. I help monitor the floor on our busiest nights, making sure every patron is acting safely and responsibly. I assist with closing tasks, which include taking down the condiment bar, wiping down tables and chairs, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the bathrooms. I also assist with opening tasks, which include setting up tables, distributing menus, and making sure condiment baskets are set out.
