Responsible for the planning, implementation and sales of market pay and business practices surveys (compensation, benefits, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, benefits satisfaction, business climate/trends, target industry, etc.) and ensuring the achievement of quality and highly valid survey results and maximizing survey participation and sales. Administers Association\'s Affirmative Action Plan service area and is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of Member AAPs.Duties Include- Manages Association\'s Survey Department (including budgeting, marketing, creating and approving proposals, developing and running projects, etc.)- Screens and edits survey data as needed - Develops and publishes survey reports- Creates and manages established survey schedules- Manages survey partner accounts, acts as first contact for partner inquiries, seeks out new survey partnerships/sponsorships- Develop and administer employee feedback surveys- Creates marketing plan and materials for survey participation and survey sales- Co-facilitator of the EAA (Employers Associations of America) Survey Committee
