Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, supporting safe, well-coordinated delivery across a range of live sites.Responsibilities include: • Managing several concurrent projects with individual site teams and subcontractors • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, design teams and supply chain partners • Preparing Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans and reviewing subcontractor RAMS • Programme development and monitoring progress against key milestones • Assisting commercial colleagues with cost monitoring, variations and CVR input • Chairing progress meetings and coordinating reporting to internal and external stakeholders • Supporting tender handover and pre-construction planning activities where required • Managing change and ensuring clear communication between site and commercial teams • Promoting high standards of health, safety and quality across all projects
