I am a transactional attorney in Seattle experienced in assisting corporate clients with issues affecting them during the full life of their company. I work with both entrepreneurs in crafting well thought out entity structures so that they can focus on growing their businesses as well as large public companies looking for advice regarding SEC compliance and periodic and current reporting requirements.I have also worked on a number of stock and asset deals in addition to providing counsel on merger transactions; representing both the buy and sell sides. I have represented clients in the M&A process in industries ranging from middle tier manufacturing suppliers to cloud-based software developers. My background with varied transactional clients gives me an excellent perspective from which I can identify challenges proactively, thus avoiding costly oversights and unnecessary work.When I am not busy at work helping clients I enjoy playing and watching sports, renovating our \"mid-century modern\" home, and reading fiction.
