Responsibilities: Develop mission and strategic plan for the organization; oversee the planning and implementation of the organization’s literacy programs and initiatives; prepare budget and administer funds; monitor the day-to-day activities of the organization including the Rx for Reading Clinic Initiative and Head Start Reading Partnerships; recruit and mentor student volunteers; coordinate with community partners; represent the organization at community activities and media events; manage fundraising, marketing, and social media
