   THREE FORKS WRF, City of, GEORGETOWN, TEXAS. The Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) project in Georgetown, Texas, addresses the city\'s growing water reclamation needs by designing a greenfield facility with a capacity of 6 MGD in Phase 1, expandable to 21 MGD in Phase 2. CDM Smith is providing engineering services, including conceptual and preliminary design, permitting, and environmental assessments, while ensuring compliance with TCEQ and other regulatory requirements. The project aims to deliver advanced water treatment solutions, support indirect potable reuse through a Bed-and-Banks permit, and accommodate future expansions, ensuring sustainable water management for the community. Prior to delivering the full solution, the City of Georgetown is expanding capacity at their Pecan Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Mr. McGuiggin is serving as the Construction Manager for the $18 million expansion of the Pecan Branch WWTP package plant which will increase capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant by 2.0 MGD. The project involves improvements including construction of a 150\' diameter, prefabricated clarifier and aeration basin, construction of a new tertiary disk filter facility, influent lift station improvements, replacement of lowers, required process piping, site electrical, and site civil work, including compensatory storage and grading to maintain floodplain compliance. Project Manager, Digital Delivery Initiative, 2025. Mr. McGuiggin spearheaded the development of a strategy to improve CDM Smith\'s posture in digital delivery of transportation design. The strategy was developed through detailed analysis of the firm\'s capabilities. Outcomes of the effort included developing a tactical plan for carrying out the strategy.Pursuit Leader, US DOT.
