Over the past few years, I have been responsible for building high performing, mission driven volunteer teams across multiple cities in 13-states. The teams I’ve built, operated cross functionally to successfully execute goals stretching across multiple functions of the organization. While maintaining a database of over members, I was able to make any necessary adjustments to keep my team in line with strategic KPI’s of the organization over a four-year period. I have a keen understanding of finance and budgeting, I’ve managed multiple budgets totaling up to over $3 Million Dollars, each with different guidelines and measures of success. Over the past 15 years, I’ve successfully led multiple teams to success, to include in combat in Iraq and most recently in the nonprofit sector, by building genuine relationship with them. I credit my success in my career to my intense focus on emotional intelligence and my authentic personality.
