   Harriet McGraw, CFM, Director, is the Regional Facilities Head of North America (ex-NY) for BlackRock’s Enterprise Services department. This team is responsible for the day-to-day building operations and relationship management in BlackRock’s offices. Ms. McGraw’s service with the firm dates back to 1997, including her year with Provident Capital Management (PCM), which BlackRock acquired in 1998. At PCM, she was the Office Manager. Since that time, Ms. McGraw has held various local and regional roles within the Corporate Services (now Enterprise Services) Facilities Management team. Since joining BlackRock, Ms. McGraw has been involved in the build out, opening and subsequent expansion of BlackRock offices in Wilmington, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, and Atlanta. Ms. McGraw was co-chair of WIN (Women\'s Initiative Network) Delaware since its inception in 2009 through 2015 and is a member of the WIN Delaware Operations Committee. Ms. McGraw earned her CFM designation in 2011.
