I’ve led Agile transformations at TD Bank, Capital One and ING Direct by building and leading Agile Centers of Excellence and standing up and scaling Agile frameworks?Simplification across complex enterprise programs and portfolios, M & As and integrations, Agile IT and PMO operations, SLA frameworks, reporting and documentation that elevate the user experience and slash delivery times. I believe in holistic transformation with innovation as the goal and agility as an attribute – and that a culture of happiness is essential to creating and sustaining both. Recognizing that success is never a one-person show, I lead 70-member organizations but also drive transformation through collaboration, influence and education – coaching senior executives and agile teams via a top-down and bottoms-up approach. When it comes to change management, I know there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all education – which is why the Agile training programs I’ve developed are customized based on function and level.

   As Hire #3 for TD’s Agile Center of Excellence, I stood up our Agile@Scale practice across US Banking and built a 70-strong team of Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, Release and Solution Train Engineers (RTEs and STEs) who lead value stream focused initiatives. As part of this transformation initiative, I created and facilitated a robust training program – and today US banking fully embraces Agile. In fact, I was recognized for these efforts by earning the company’s prestigious CEO WOW! Leadership award. In addition, I directed the implementation of NEW (Next Evolution of Work) SAFe model created in partnership with McKinsey across TD’s Canadian Servicing Platform.
