About Travis McGee
A Cal Poly Alumni, I used my college education and the skills I learned with University Housing and PRP Companies to become a stand out Sales Representative at Oracle. From there I spent two years as a Regional Sales Manager for Oracle Service Cloud in Upmarket accounts for the Midwest and Canada helping companies modernize their customer service. I am now applying my hands on sales experience to shape the future of Oracle as a Sales Trainer. As my headline suggests, I have looked at my role throughout sales as that of a professional helper, both to my customers, my direct reports, and my friends. Part of a 3 person team reporting directly to our Senior Director of Enablement. Focused on global rollouts of special projects. My special project is sales systems.Direct hand in enablement for Phase 1/2/3 rollout of Seismic across all four regions (NA, LAD, EMEA, JAPAC) including content development, faculty enablement, and sales enablement.Develop and deliver over 15 global Seismic webinars highlighting various use cases and aspects of the tool.Directly support Oracle@Oracle initiatives and tool rollouts focusing on AI.Perform observations and gather feedback that directly influence product direction.Continue work of enabling facilitators and coaches as listed in previous roles on coaching, sales skills, and sales methods.
