Senior transformation lead on the Place Directorate Transformation programme incorporating a new 15 year Consolidated Waste & Recycling Contract, £6.7 million Heritage & Culture LUF funding for a new Civic & Museum center, Local Plan delivery and Section 19 consultation, and a portfolio of Highways & Transport initiative including Transport Network Review & Implementation, Street Permitting inception, a borough wide LEVI pilot and Active Travel initiatives. • Programme lead on the design, inception and delivery of a portfolio of highly sensitive Transport Policy Reviews including SEND, Post-16 and Home To School. Lead on consultancy procurement, robust public consultation and post-election legislative compliance and delivery through Council to full Cabinet.• Transformation lead with Director & Head of Service on the rationalization, procurement and delivery of a new 15-year Consolidated Waste Contract, including existing contract extensions, CWC Business Case contractor appointment and oversight, Infrastructure Options development, legislative monitoring to Simpler Recycling, ETS & EPR regulations, scoping and launch of a new Food Waste Service in a highly sensitive environment. • Devolution & Local Government Re-organization Programme Management lead across directorate, scoping, developing & managing risk, opportunity and issue mitigation protocols and products across the portfolio. Establishing sub-regional working groups with neighboring authorities and critical peers. • Heritage & Culture LUF funding lead on a multidisciplinary refurbishment of asset and property option appraisals for a new Medi-Tech NHS partner and Mobi Hub cultural space, and the development to RIBA Stage 4 of a Civic & Cultural center in alignment with the conservation, digitization and exhibition of a significant heritage asset – the Sea Dragon dinosaur - a globally significant place making asset.
