About McDonough Buckner
I am currently in my fourth rotation of the Leadership Development Program at Parker Hannifin. My first two placements were in Washington, MO at the Sporlan Division. My third placement was in Lewisburg, OH at the Tube Fittings Division. I am currently in Cleveland, OH at the corporate headquarters. My career began in field management in the restaurant industry and blossomed through internships and campus involvement during my time at The University of Akron. I graduated in May 2022 with a BBA in Human Resource Management and a Medical Care Selling Certificate. I finished with EDGE Honors and leadership experience, notably as President of the campus chapter of SHRM. I am continuously inspired by the wide variety of hats that can be worn in the human resources profession.
