About Michael McCullough
Michael McCullough, owner and CEO of trak group, started at trak in 2009 and rapidly progressed over the years. He began as a high motivated Account Manager, successfully building and nurturing strong relationships with his clients in the Cincinnati area, mainly in the Finance and Accounting field. Then as Vice President of Operations in 2014, Mike moved into management while still being an active recruiter running a highly productive desk. During his tenure he has obtained 3 certifications: Certified Staffing Specialist, Certified Personnel Consultant, and Certified Temporary Specialist. In 2016, Mike became a second-generation owner of the trak group, following in the footsteps of his father and founder, Joe McCullough. Over the years, Mike has administered many new initiatives at trak including building a reporting system to track key company benchmarks, led multiple projects integrating a market leading tech stack, implementation and execution of multiple strategic plans including the successful launch of 3 new verticals to trak and divisions to trak.After attending Moeller High School, Mike graduated with a Bachelor\'s in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Cincinnati in 2006, followed by almost 3 years in the banking industry. Mike is the father of two girls, Mackenzie and Morgan and is married to Nicole.
