Supervise team members within the reporting and analytics center of excellence to ensure completion of accurate standardized reports within agreed upon timelines, optimizing presentation formats for a wide variety of users, contribute to the development of the DLL Canada reporting/analytics strategy and business plan, in line with DLL Global strategy, policies, and regulations, in order to give direction of the activities in the reporting/analytics department.Develop, implement, and monitor policies for data management, assess and certify reports, as well as design, coordinate and maintain the information models of DLL and structure and coordinate the activities of the reporting/analytics COE to contribute to the integrity, availability and confidentiality of data and qualitative reporting, on all organizational levels across the Group.In cooperation with business representatives and relevant IT departments, the reporting/analytics team is accountable for and adhering to:• Governance: monitoring data quality, and governing enterprise data. Establishing mechanisms that ensure the trustworthiness of data. DMBI/One version of truth!• Operations: Enabling data usability, availability, and efficiency.• Business partnering: Removing siloed data that hinders data quality.Implementing data analytics effectively into business processes• Analytics: Supporting analytics and reporting for front end and back end. Focus on forward looking trends and initiatives vs. historical reporting.
