Manage a portfolio of projects for the Data Center Build team. Review new Data Center Bill of Materials. Develop quotes for new project build sites. Facilitate and schedule meetings with critical Business Partners and OEMs. Manage and develop strong working relationships with client Information Technology Implementation Managers (ITIMs), Onsite Contractors, and OEM Partners. Participate in weekly status meetings and provide updates on all project related material and action items for the Data Center Builds. Identify, Mitigate, and Solve project related risks such as manufacturer material delays, storage constraints, and site delays. Provide tracking on project related materials and update the Bill of Materials weekly to ensure material delivery to build sites. Work with contract material managers on Material Validations. Work with the Account Executives and regional GAMs on Project Builds in their territory. Participate in Project Kickoff meetings and help provide value added services, including WESCO Kitting. Manage and facilitate the return of damaged and lost material. Send out Material Validation forms and help reduce outstanding customer balances.Developed the Project Management Reviews for the Data Center Build Team. Generate and review quarterly data analysis on all the Data Center Builds in the U.S. Provide analysis on project revenue, vendor totals, change order frequency, change order revenue, WESCO Kitting services and cost savings.
