Rosie also does research for, tests, curates and hosts arts & wellness classes and events at pop-up locations. 9 years of experience running successful short-term vacation rental properties, receiving \"Superhost\" status multiple times, including in 2025. Work includes: Conceptualizing, developing, and creating all narrative, visual, and written branding for vacation rental listings, and for arts, culinary, and wellness pop-up events.Maintaining positive working relationships with local providers of all services needed to run, decorate, renovate and repair systems of vacation properties (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, painters, construction specialists, firewood, pest control, etc.). Networking with artists, musicians, wellness retreat leaders, teachers, businesses, and healing practitioners.
