I\'m McCarty, an events and partnership professional with experience in a number of industries across the globe. I\'m working on building one of the world\'s leading furniture providers to become endemic to the gaming space. Herman Miller Gaming is the new brand launched under Herman Miller to tackle the gaming industry\'s peripheral hurdles. I work to find strategic partners and activations to build the new gaming division as an industry leader.I previously worked as the director of operations for a professional Esports organization with teams in the Overwatch League (Atlanta Reign) and the Call of Duty League (Atlanta FaZe). I have extensive experience in professional sports, elite higher education, corporate events, and now Esports and gaming. I am open to exploring new positions in a number of avenues including consulting, event management, partnership marketing, and facility management.
