My career has been a journey focused on one thing: people.It began with a foundation in Psychology and was shaped by hands-on leadership roles around the world. I learned how to connect with, train, and manage diverse groups in high-stakes environments—whether it was training 115+ instructors and lifeguards in public safety, partnering with farmers in Nepal as a Peace Corps volunteer, or managing operational dependability at LaGuardia Airport with American Airlines. These experiences taught me how to navigate complex systems, build cross-functional teamwork, and drive mission-critical outcomes.I translated this deep understanding of people and systems into a career in executive search. As an Engagement Manager at GoodCitizen, I partnered with some of the world\'s leading foundations and nonprofits to place senior executives. But my passion has always been twofold: finding great leaders externally and building strong teams internally. I have consistently taken the lead on developing talent by overhauling new hire onboarding programs, establishing formal mentorship programs, implementing new project management tools, and integrating AI to make teams more proactive and effective.Today, I am bringing this unique blend of executive search expertise, people development, and high-impact operations management to my new role in healthcare executive recruiting. I am passionate about connecting transformative leaders with the healthcare organizations that are shaping a healthier future for us all.
