   Scott McCallister is Vice President and Executive Program Director for Jacobs Buildings, Infrastructure and Advanced Facilities PMCM Division. Jacobs is one of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of technical, professional, and construction services, including all aspects of engineering, architecture, and construction, operations and maintenance, as well as scientific and specialty consulting. We serve a broad range of companies and organizations, including industrial, commercial, and governmental clients across multiple markets and geographies. In this position he is responsible for large program, project and construction management projects. He is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations, safety, resources, project and contract management, project execution and ensuring that quality of services are provided to our clients. During his career he has been actively involved in all areas of the industry including: Architecture, Design, General Contracting, Program Management, Construction Management and EPCM project delivery across a diverse range of markets and projects.Scott McCallister has been in the construction industry for +35 years. Prior to joining Jacobs in 1993, Mr. McCallister spent eight years managing and operating a consulting and general contracting business that he was sole owner. He received a BS in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in central California. He has extensive experience in general contracting, subcontracting, consulting, design-engineering, program-project-construction management. He is licensed as a General Contractor in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Hawaii. Mr. McCallister has been active with CMAA’s Southern California chapter for the past several years.
