I’m an organizational strategist and interim leader working with justice-rooted groups to strengthen how work happens — internally and externally — so people, systems and communities thrive more and harm less. I founded Unbrand in 2018 to partner with organizations and people committed to repair, accountability, and dreaming and building the worlds we want.My work spans interim executive leadership, organizational strategy, and coaching, often in moments of transition, growth, or misalignment.
