I\'m a dedicated executive with 20+ years of international experience in higher education and learning development, non-profit leadership, and international organizations. I develop and implement innovative strategies to make ambitious visions reality.Some examples- Transforming Frankfurt School\'s Bachelor of Science into an international, English-taught undergraduate program while growing student numbers by 40%- Managing a collaborative multi-year brainstorming project at the World Economic Forum with input from some 1,500 international experts to develop new ideas for global governance- Launching and running the think tank Indo-German Centre for Business Excellence and establishing it as a recognized institution for Indo-German business topics- Driving technology adaptation and digital transformation at Frankfurt School by piloting the use of EdTech such as AI, virtual reality, 3D spaces, and blockchain for teaching and learning.I enjoy making things happen by pushing through ambiguity and distinguishing signals from noise. I love bringing diverse groups of people together to achieve something meaningful. I take pride in crafting excellent experiences and opportunities for clients and partners.Before taking up my current role, I served as Frankfurt School\'s Director of Corporate Development and as the Program Director of the Bachelor (BSc) in Business Administration.
