I have been working in the Health Care and Information Technology sector since 1998. Currently, I am a Global Modern Workplace Manager in Microsoft 365 Cloud environments, including endpoint management and co-management of Identity and Access management through Azure services, with a focus on extending and adopting Modern Workplace services for the entire corporate, with specific Workshops, end-user management, engineering help desk management, IT Cloud Administrator and problem solving. I aspire to work in an environment where my knowledge in the sector can grow and where I can put to use the skills acquired in the Cloud computing world such as the design and maintenance of complex infrastructures dedicated to the end-user, the management of On-Cloud systems, the management of network interconnections and SBC/VoIP/PBX systems, acquiring in the short term responsibility and decision-making autonomy on functions/projects and collaborators. I consider myself a determined person and predisposed to teamwork in a dynamic and stimulating environment. I aspire with strong and sincere motivation to expand and deepen my professional knowledge and skills. I would like to highlight that the company I work for has had enormous growth and is now in the top 3 multinational companies in the sector present in over 40 countries worldwide with employees, which has allowed me to demonstrate ever-increasing interpersonal and managerial skills by assigning me a team of people in the EMEA region.
