Senior roles have included Chief of Staff, strategic and contingency planning, compliance, and operational assurance. I have delivered transformation in high-pressure, regulated environments across defence, government, and public health, leading multi-disciplinary teams to improve compliance, reduce risk, and embed governance frameworks.I am passionate about high performing people and teams; enabling the delivery of strategic and operational objectives through motivated, valued and empowered people.
