Michael has been an entrepreneur since he was an undergraduate and has been involved in multiple ventures centered around construction, electrical construction, and real estate development. With 20 years developing relationships and opportunities, building teams, and formulating and managing strategic plans and objectives, Michael has become a strong leader and manager with a broad technical, financial, contractual, and practical knowledge base. He is an eloquent communicator who is able to express complex issues simply, build consensus, and sell ideas. He is a no nonsense get things done personality.He has consulted in emerging energy efficiency and green technologies and is co-author of Wiring Complete, Taunton Press, 2008 (Revised Edition 2013). Michael holds a bachelor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Executive Management Certificate from the Executive Management Institute, General Construction (B) and Electrical Construction (C-10) licenses, is a LEED Accredited Professional.
