Microsoft Digital is the team that powers the technology experience for employees at Microsoft. New technology, new initiatives, new features—we\'re the ones who keep employees informed and help them be productive!In my role, I\'m responsible for developing and executing effective communications strategies and creative approaches to land messages that resonate with our global employee audience. This requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, PR, engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure cohesive and consistent communications. I also play a central role in defining the metrics for success to measure our team\'s communications initiatives, which we use to inform future approaches and tell the story of our impact to leadership.
