I\'m a product and technology leader passionate about building AI that works for people — AI that transforms how we work, serve customers, and unlock value across industries. At IBM, I lead the product strategy and development for watsonx Orchestrate, where we’re pioneering AI assistants and agentic technologies that redefine digital labor and intelligent workflows.Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to lead from the frontlines of innovation — from launching startups to scaling global AI programs. I previously served as Global Chief Data and AI Officer at Tecnotree, driving adoption of cutting-edge data and AI technologies for telecom and healthcare clients around the world. Prior to that, I was the Co-Founder and CTO of CognitiveScale, where I helped build the world\'s 4th largest AI patent portfolio and led development of the award-winning Cortex platform, delivering trusted AI to clients in financial services, healthcare, and digital commerce.My journey at IBM began in 2006 as part of the Webify acquisition, where I served as Lead Architect and Senior Technical Staff Member, helping shape IBM’s Business Process Management and Service-Oriented Architecture product portfolios. In 2011, I helped launch the IBM Watson Group and led Watson Labs, driving the creation of early AI-powered products and solutions.I’m also proud to serve as Vice Chairman of the Responsible AI Institute, where we focus on advancing human-centric, transparent, and ethical AI.Driven by a belief in bold ideas and pragmatic execution, I specialize in aligning product vision with technical architecture, scaling globally distributed teams, and delivering high-impact outcomes at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise transformation.
