Michael Broussard, is the Founder & Chairman of the Board of Monolith Arabia. Michael is also the Founder & CEO of Broussard Properties and the Founder & General Partner of the Broussard Investment Fund. He has dedicated the past 25 years to the luxury vacation rental industry.Married to Debbie for 32 years, Michael is the proud father of four children: Isabelle, Grace, Thomas, and Sam, as well as his sons-in-law\'s Alec and Derek, and one grandson.Michael has expertly grown Broussard Properties from a single listing to a successful business with over 25 properties in its portfolio. Furthermore, in 2014, he played a pivotal role in the launch of Turnkey Vacation Rentals, helping to establish it as a nationally recognized brand. As their first General Manager & Sales Director in an expansion market, Michael was instrumental in demonstrating the company\'s potential to investors. During his tenure at Turnkey, he worked across 20 US states. Turnkey was later acquired by Vacasa in 2021 for $614 million in cash and stock. Notably, under Michael\'s leadership, Turnkey\'s Park City operation became its largest, managing 300 vacation homes and generating over $20 million in annual revenue by the time of the Vacasa acquisition. Throughout his sales career, Michael has successfully closed over vacation rental management contracts.Currently, Michael\'s main focus is on the continued management, expansion, and growth of Broussard Properties, the Broussard Investment Fund and Monolith Arabia in 2026 and beyond!
