ABOUT MATTHEW BOUSE
I provide individual adult psychotherapy in the Ann Arbor area. I work primarily with men and non-binary people between the ages of 18 and 40. My areas of experience include: anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness/isolation, attachment concerns, jealousy, sexual concerns and pornography overuse, perfectionism, life transitions and relationship concerns. My practice focuses on validating clients’ lived experiences, holding space for the full range of emotions and building on clients’ existing skills to reduce distressing thoughts and harmful behaviors and to increase self-compassion.
