Selected as one of four project leads to develop, design, and implement the company’s first-ever online chat training resource for agents using personal lines systems/products. Maintains the online chat resources for trainers assisting agents while identifying process and procedural recommendations. Leads 24 associates in project onboarding and maintenance. Schedules associates to man the chat resource. Delivers periodic project status updates to training leadership and other stakeholders.Key Accomplishments» Supported agents via the new chat client since December 2018, receiving an average satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5 along with positive comments/feedback.» Reduced wait times for agents using the online chat by creating a scheduling strategy for trainers and associates supporting the agents, increasing efficiency of handling inquiries.» Created a virtual suggestion box using SharePoint for to solicit feedback from trainers across the country. The tool increased engagement for trainers and helped with the project team’s refinement of the chat resource.
