I began my journey at Vay Technologies(Reemote in the past) as a member of the Data Platform team, contributing to the development and enhancement of data processing pipelines and infrastructure. After several months i was promoted to the role of Tech Lead for the Routing Team. Soon, my leadership extended beyond the Routing Team, and I took on additional responsibilities as the Tech Lead for the Data Platform and the nascent Mobility Team. Key Accomplishments- Provided technical leadership to three distinct teams - Data Platform, Routing, and Mobility - concurrently, fostering cross-collaboration and synergies between domains- Successfully led several cross-team initiatives, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing across technical domains- Assumed a pivotal role in the hiring process, contributing to onboarding top-tier talent that bolstered the company\'s technical capabilities- Led the Routing Team with a comprehensive focus on quality, delivery timelines, and long-term strategic planning. All legacy stuff of the Routing platform was managed and it allowed us to improve the velocity- Terraform modules to manage AWS services using an infrastructure-as-code approach, including ECS, DocumentDB, RDS, Kinesis, and Kafka, ensuring optimal system scalability and reliability- Leveraged the power of the Go programming language to architect and develop key components, driving efficiency and robustness across the tech stack- Collaborated effectively with teams utilizing C++ components, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability. Technologies Used: AWS Services: ECS, DocumentDB, RDS, Kinesis, Kafka (Managed in an Infrastructure-as-Code manner) Programming Languages: Go (Main language), C++(for selected components)
