My mission is to elevate personal and professional outcomes for leaders and organizations by expanding their clarity, competencies, and capacity.I am a Vistage CEO Chair and an Executive Coach with deep experience in leading and growing businesses across diverse industries and markets. I led $100m in business for EDS/HP with global teams and a portfolio of clients and services. I am also the President of MBM Elevate, a consulting and coaching firm that connects organizations and executives\' vision, expectations, and leadership competencies to outcomes. At Vistage, I bring together high-performing, high-integrity CEOs and business executives in non-competing industries to share insights, challenge one another, and arrive at solutions that accelerate their growth and success. As an Executive Coach, I leverage my business acumen and coaching expertise to meet leaders where they are and guide them where they want to go. I have helped multiple clients achieve significant results through challenging their mindsets, helping them reframe when needed, harnessing all resources and supporting them confidentially on their journey.I am also passionate about advancing economic equity through skills training and access to employer networks, and I served as a national board member of Per Scholas, a nonprofit that provides no-cost technical training to individuals often excluded from tech careers.
