Lead Project Coordinator dedicated to a project that involved upgrading all Contact Centers across GTA with newer business applications and devices. Record meeting minutes, maintain RAID logs, and support multiple Project Managers, BAs, Directors, VPs. Facilitated the design, deployment, and migration of Microsoft SharePoint/Office365 to the Cloud, including Identity Management components, in a complex, heterogeneous Technology and Business Application. Maintained the Project SharePoint repository, ensuring documents are filed appropriately in a central location. Responsible for monthly financials using Excel & Clarity (CA PPM): accruals, allocations/forecast, actuals, and variances. Completed weekly status reports and communications to executives on project status. Supported 2 directors and 4 project managers to control, manage, and monitor a large-scale upgrade project.SharePoint Database Migration Strategy Project: The purpose of this project was to migrate SharePoint sites from end-of-life versions/ platforms to SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2020. Also to align with the company\'s direction on maximizing cloud investments and depreciating dependency on on-premises infrastructure to move towards a benefit saving model (O365 Storage Cost Model). The project team consisted of several nearly 20 stakeholders and the budget was nearly 2 million CAD dollars annually.
