My leadership has resulted in Regents exam pass rates increasing by up to 74%, suspension reductions of over 60%, and significant gains in teacher retention and professional growth.Beyond education, I founded Bilal World Entertainment, where I use film and media to elevate stories of healing and resilience, including the award-winning short film Perdido.
