The ACES Builders\' Warranty provides easy to understand performance standards describing the builder\'s responsibilities during the first year of the warranty, first and second year on certain mechanical systems and a full 10 years on major structural integrity of the home. It also describes homeowner maintenance and assigns responsibility for these items. ACES acts as a third party in any dispute and provides experts to assist in resolving disputes quickly without costly court action.
