About Michael B Ghigliotty
Training has been a constant over many years of my career. I have trained soft and technical skills in a variety of jobs and situations. I have had the opportunity to merge my training skills with management, sales, project management and technical jobs then discover new ways and processes to perform them. I have also integrated Total Quality Management tools and applied them to the training and service industries, which have allowed me to pin point problems and measure growth. These skills combined with my knowledge of Spanish have also taken me to provide services to the Hispanic community and to train abroad.
