The KV Foundation for Mental Health (“The Foundation”) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a three-part mission:(i) to raise awareness for mental health and reduce the stigma around talking about it;(ii) to partner with the local community to improve knowledge of available resources for those in to establish an annual scholarship for those seeking to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.The Foundation was created in memory of Glastonbury, CT resident Kevin Vigeant, whose amiable, vivacious, and caring nature brought friendship, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him. His compassionate spirit made him a loving husband and father to two children as well as one of the most supportive youth coaches in baseball, football, and wrestling that any child could ask
