I began my career as an Exploration Geologist and have built a broad, versatile foundation across G&G, Enhanced Oil Recovery, Operations, Data Management, and Technology. This range allows me to translate complex subsurface, data, and technical needs into clear, actionable R&D priorities.In my current role at Chevron, I ensure that both technology and data management needs are identified, aligned, and met for the Exploration business. I work across diverse teams to clarify priorities, integrate perspectives, and make sure we’re pulling the highest‑impact levers that enable Exploration to deliver real, measurable value.I’m known for bringing my honest, authentic self to every interaction.
