1. Census Methodology Sampling Data Analysis Expert

   Through a consultative and participatory process, the consultant will work with the other FAO Consultants and the Census teams to perform the following activities:Tasks and responsibilities• Project management and technical guidance:• Review the methodologies and documentation of the Census of Agriculture;• Assist in the preparation/update of the methodology (sampling frame and sampling plan) of the core module of family holdings, and of the thematic modules and its organization;• Facilitate the technical validation workshops of the census results of the core module of family holdings, and of the thematic modules;• Prepare a detailed technical report on the complete methodology on the proposed system and training of the national personnel;• Assist in the compilation (data processing, analysis, report writing) of the results of the core module of family holdings, and of the thematic modules;• Analyse data from the Census, satellite images and other sources to define a revised methodology for an optimal annual agricultural survey system;• Write and submit an end of Mission Report following the standard formats in use by the organization.• Assist with the elaboration of the different manuals for the census;• Assist with the field organization setup put into place by INE;• Assist the CTP with finalizing documents and presentations for the Census project;• Assist the CTP in the coordination, and monitoring of the other activities;• Contribute in the elaboration of the Census final technical report
