Currently a Software Delivery Manager (from Agile Software PM to Senior Project Manager).I am a member of the Protection Platform Leadership team, working on both internal and external projects. I collaborate with the team on OKRs, selecting the right problems and empowering teams to devise initiatives that yield business results. At the same time, I am skilled in risk management, anticipating and mitigating potential issues before they affect product delivery outcomes. Currently, I am deepening my knowledge of the transition to a product-led organisation by coaching our product leaders on outcomes and discovery sessions and empowering teams to tackle challenging problems.Recent notable achievements include the seamless integration of prominent partners and their new products such as AIG, RL, GoCompare, HSBC, Exeter, Choozi, Vitality, Guardian, DeadHappy, and Zurich (and more) with the Protection Platform. This integration effort has resulted in an impressive 20% year-on-year volume growth and a significant milestone of reaching 1 million activations in 2022.
