As Staff Engineer, I led the front-end team through significant architectural modernization and organizational scaling initiatives across both mobile and web platforms- Spearheaded a full rewrite and re-platform of our React Native mobile apps, migrating development into an Nx-powered monorepo and modern developer tooling- Introduced a shared UI kit to standardize components across multiple app experiences and built a custom Storybook-lite tool to automatically distribute UI changes to design and product stakeholders- Drove adoption of front-end best practices by overhauling linting, testing, and code quality pipelines across web and native apps, ensuring consistency and maintainability at scale- Contributed to company-wide API modernization efforts, helping design and integrate a microservice architecture to replace the legacy monolith- Co-authored a new web experience built on modern frameworks, replacing an outdated tech stack to improve performance, developer velocity, and scalability- Played a key role in interviewing and building hiring pipelines for senior engineering roles, helping scale the front-end team
